'Moving' ceremony held at beach after shark attack
An emotional ceremony has been held at Muriwai Beach on Auckland
Husband and father of one, Adam Strange died after being attacked while swimming from Maori Bay around a headland into Muriwai, around 200m offshore.
A large convoy of Strange's friends and family slowly made their way to the Muriwai Beach Surf Club where a karakia was held just after 8am.
